Drying room

Any product that is sensitive to moisture, hygroscopic, or required long-term dry storage must be maintained in a dry environment when manufactured or stored. Manufacturers who use a drying chamber instead of a glove box can dramatically increase productivity. Lithium battery manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, paint shops and many others have been using drying rooms for years.

There are two common ways to reduce the air humidity: the first one is to use the physical dehumidification of the evaporation compression system to condense the water vapor in the air to achieve the dehumidification effect when the air passes through the cooling coil below the dew point temperature, Also known as cooling dehumidification. The second way is to use chemical dehumidification, through the desiccant (hygroscopic agent) to adsorb the water vapor in the air, and then the desiccant regeneration by heating and then the water is discharged.
